Lately I’ve been really serious about turning this blog into a one-stop resource for those who want to significantly improve their lives. In light of that, I decided to write a series titled, “Improving Your Life in 31 Days”, which will guide you through a course of action for 31 days starting on Tuesday, December 1st. [now completed]
Basic Overview of the Series
Every morning at 5:00am (PST) for 31 days straight (give or take a few days, especially at the end towards the holidays), I’ll write about a new way to improve your life. The goal is for you to commit to following the series and go through it with me for all 31 days, and at the end of it all, you’ll have improved your life significantly, or at least put yourself on the right path to doing so. At the very least, you’ll be opened up to new ideas and learn the best way for you to pursue self-improvement every single day.
You can bookmark this post because I’ll be placing a link to each new update here (listed at the end of this post), so once the series is finished, you can have a page that conveniently links to all 31 articles.
If I get a good response, I’ll consider packaging all updates into a freely downloadable eBook.
My Goal for You
Obviously doing something different towards self-improvement everyday for just 31 days won’t leave a lasting impact on your life, so my primary goal is to get you used to taking action regularly. If you’re not used to going out of your way for your own personal development, even just a little each day, this series may seem more like a “challenge” to you; however, if you manage to stick through it for all 31 days it’ll feel very rewarding so I highly recommend you try your best.
My secondary goal for you is to continue the individual courses of action I’ll describe for each day past the 31 day mark, and somehow incorporate the life-changing practices, or variations of them, into your daily life.
I sincerely believe that if you take the time to commit to 31 days of taking consistent daily action towards your own personal development, you’ll have established some positive habits that can at the very least contribute to improving your life—and by the time the 31 days have passed, your new habits will be just in time for the new year.
