This is the twenty-third post in the “Improving Your Life in 31 Days” series. For more information, and to view an index of all the posts in this series, please click here to go to the central page.
This is going to be yet another short, simple post to make things easier for those following the series through the holidays, and to allow you to focus on implementing the things that have been discussed in the series so far. The last thing I want is for you to feel overwhelmed and not apply any of it to your life!
Today’s course of action involves “planting” positive affirmation seeds in convenient locations, to give your subconscious (and conscious) mind positive suggestions throughout the day.
So think of something you truly want, then come up with a list of positive affirmations and place them in places such as your wallet, your desktop wallpaper on your computer, on your vision board, on a sticky note, etc.
Whenever you come across one of your positive affirmations, take the time to read it to yourself and think positively about it. Avoid negative thoughts, such as doubt.
